Vegan Chocolate Zucchini Bundt Cake

Bundt Cake Batter
- 2 bananas mashed
- ¼ cup Nut Butter I used peanut butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ¾ cup Truvia
- ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
- ¼ cup Ground Flaxseed
- 1½ cups Almond Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
Icing
- 1 cup Smooth Peanut Butter
- ½ cup Powdered Truvia
- 2 TBSP Almond Milk
In a large bowl, mash bananas and mix with nut butter, vanilla and sweetener,
Then add in cocoa powder, almond flour, flaxseed, baking powder and salt
Pour mixture into a greased bundt pan
Bake at 350℉ for 50-55min
In separate bowl, mix together all icing ingredients and add milk until desired consistency is reached
When cake is done baking, let cool slightly before turning over onto a plate for serving. Ice cake while still warm so that a drizzle happens. Slice and Enjoy!
