Peanut Butter Oat Bars

Bars
- 2 cups Peanut Butter
- ¾ cup Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 6 cups Oats
Icing
- 1 cup Powdered Truvia
- ¼ cup Peanut Butter
- 1-4 TBSP Almond Milk as needed for consistency
Melt together peanut butter, honey, and vanilla on the stove top or in the microwave until smooth and well combined
Pour mixture over oats in large bowl and mix together until well coated.
Press oat mixture into a lined and prepped 9x13 pan
In a medium bowl, mix together all icing ingredients until smooth and spread over the top of pressed bars.
Keep bars in fridge or freezer until 30 minutes before ready to serve.
