Ingredients
Crust

FiberOne Brownies
½
cup
Butter
melted
Ice Cream
2
16oz
Cool Whip tubs
2
cup
Peanut Butter
creamy or crunchy
Instructions
In a large bowl, crush up the brownies and mix with melted butter to form a crumble
Press crumble into the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan to form crust
In the same large bowl, mix together the cool whip and peanut butter until well combined
Spread cream mixture evenly over the top of the brownie crust
Chill in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before enjoying.
Can be chilled overnight but be sure to pull it out 30min before serving so it has time to thaw before cutting into the cake.
