In a medium bowl, mix together almond flour, flaxseed, vanilla protein powder, baking soda, and salt.
On top of dry ingredients, cut up cold butter and using two knives or a pastry cutter, cut in butter to dry ingredients until mixture is clumpy.
Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix dough until just combined.
On a surface sprinkled with almond flour, roll out dough into a 1/2in thick square
Cut square into four quarters and then cut each quarter into two triangle halves.
Sprinkle the top of scones with granulated truvia
Place each triangle onto a lined and sprayed cookie sheet
Bake at 350℉ for 20min or until golden brown.
While baking, mix together icing ingredients until desired consistency is reached
Let scones cool for 10min before drizzling the top with icing
