No Bake Peanut Butter Muffins

A no bake muffin option because it's time to start thinking outside the oven.

Ingredients
  

Crust

  • ΒΌ cup Butter melted
  • 1 pkg Chocolate Graham Crackers

Filling

  • 1 container Cool Whip
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter

Instructions
 

Crust

  • In a food processor or in a gallon sized zipper bag, crush graham crackers until just crumbs
  • Mix in melted butter and mix until crumbles form
  • Pour crust mixture into prepared muffin tin and press down to create firm crust

Filling

  • In a bowl, combine peanut butter with cool whip and mix until combined.
  • Scoop filling on top of each prepared crust. Smooth and flatten as best you can
  • Freeze muffins for about 4 hours. Enjoy cold!
