Lemon Lavender Cookies

- ¼ cup Granulated Truvia or your granulated sweetener of choice
- ¼ cup Butter softened
- Juice of one Lemon
- Zest of one Lemon
- 1½ cups Almond Flour more if needed
- ½ cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- ¼ tsp Baking Soda
- ¼ tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 Tbso Dried Lavender
Preheat oven to 350℉
In a large bowl, cream together butter and truvia with lemon juice and lemon zest.
To the wet mixture, add almond flour, protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Mix until combined adding more almond flour if needed for more firm cookie dough texture.
Stir in dried lavender.
Scoop cookie dough onto prepared baking sheet into tablespoon sized cookies.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cookies are golden brown
