In medium saucepan, melt together the filling ingredients, berries and brown truvia, until well combined and set aside to cool
In a large bowl, mix together eggs, butter, truvia, lemon juice, and zest until well combined.
Add in almond flour, protein, flaxseed, baking powder, and salt and stir until just combined.
Roll out dough on a floured surface into a 1/4in thick rectangle
Pour cooled filling onto dough and spread evenly - making sure to get all the way to the edges.
Using a pizza cutter, cut dough into 8 evenly sized strips
Carefully roll each strip into a spiral and place onto a prepped 9x13in pan
Bake spirals at 350℉ for 45min or until golden brown.
