Lemon Bars

Crust
- 1½ cup Almond Flour
- ½ cup Ground Flaxseed
- ¼ cup Butter melted
- 2 TBSP Granulated Truvia
Filling
- ¼ cup Lemon Juice
- 1 TBSP Lemon Zest
- 1 cup Granulated Truvia
- 1 Egg
- ¼ cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- Powdered Truvia to sprinkle on top
In a medium bowl, mix together all crust ingredients and press into a lined and prepped 9x9 pan.
Bake crust at 350℉ for 20min.
Using the same bowl, mix together all filling ingredients until well combined.
Pour filling over cooked crust.
Bake bars for an additional 25min.
Let bars cool before topping with powdered Truvia.
Store bars in fridge until ready to serve. Enjoy!
