Lavender Lemon Bars

Crust
- 1½ cup Almond Flour
- ½ cup Ground Flaxseed
- ¼ cup Butter
- 2 TBSP Granulated Truvia
Filling
- ¼ cup Lemon Juice
- 1 TBSP Lemon Zest
- 1 cup Granulated Truvia
- 1 Egg
- ¼ cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 TBSP Dried Lavender
- Powdered Truvia for topping
In a medium bowl, mix together all crust ingredients and press crumble into the bottom of a 9x9 pan lined with parchment paper and sprayed with non stick spray
Bake crust at 350℉ for 20min
Using the same bowl, mix together all filling ingredients until well combined. Pour filling over cooked crust
Put bars back into the oven for another 25min
Let bars cool before topping with powdered Truvia. Store bars in fridge until ready to serve
