Lavender Lemon Bars

Ingredients
  

Crust

  • cup Almond Flour
  • ½ cup Ground Flaxseed
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • 2 TBSP Granulated Truvia

Filling

  • ¼ cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 TBSP Lemon Zest
  • 1 cup Granulated Truvia
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ cup Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 TBSP Dried Lavender
  • Powdered Truvia for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, mix together all crust ingredients and press crumble into the bottom of a 9x9 pan lined with parchment paper and sprayed with non stick spray
  • Bake crust at 350℉ for 20min
  • Using the same bowl, mix together all filling ingredients until well combined. Pour filling over cooked crust
  • Put bars back into the oven for another 25min
  • Let bars cool before topping with powdered Truvia. Store bars in fridge until ready to serve
