- 1 cup Peanut Butter crunchy or smooth will work
- ½ cup Butter softened
- ½ cup Brown Truvia or your favorite brown sugar substitute
- ½ cup Truvia or your favorite granulated sugar substitute
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ cup Oats gluten free if necessary
- ½ cup Protein Powder vanilla or chocolate will work
- ½ cup Ground Flaxseed
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- ½ cup M&Ms
Preheat oven to 350℉
In a large bowl, mix together Peanut Butter, Butter, Sugars, and Vanilla.
Add Oats, Protein, Flaxseed, and Baking Powder. Mix until combined.
Stir in M&Ms
Scoop cookie dough onto prepped baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes and ENJOY!
