- ½ cup Greek Yogurt
- ½ cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Egg
- ⅓ cup Truvia your sweetener of choice
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ¼ cup Flaxseed Meal
- ¼ cup Almond Flour
- ¼ cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 dash Ground Clove
- 1 pinch Salt
Icing (optional)
- 1 cup Powdered Truvia or powdered sweetener of choice
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Almond Milk more as needed to reach desired consistency
Donut
In one bowl, mix together greek yogurt, pumpkin puree, egg, sweetener of choice and vanilla
In another bowl, mix together flaxseed, almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and salt
Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir until combined
Pour batter into a donut pan (Makes six donuts)
Bake in a 350* oven for 15-17min
Icing (Optional)
While donuts are baking, mix together powdered sweetener of choice with vanilla extract
Add almond milk one tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency
Once donuts are done and have been cooled for 10 minutes, frost them and enjoy!
