Cinnamon Swirl Bread

Batter
- 1 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- ½ cup Ground Flaxseed
- ½ cup Almond Flour
- ¼ cup Almond Milk
- ½ cup Truvia or granulated sweetener of your choice
- ¼ cup Butter softened
- 4 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
Cinnamon Swirl
- ¼ cup Butter melted
- ½ cup Brown Truvia or brown sweetener of your choice
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Icing
- 1 cup Powdered Truvia or powdered sweetener of your choice
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- Almond Milk added to reach desired consistency
Icing
In a small bowl, combine powdered Truvia, cinnamon, and vanilla.
Add almond milk one tsp at a time and stir until desired consistency is reached. Set aside
Batter
In a larger bowl, mix together the butter, eggs, almond milk vanilla and Truvia.
Then add baking powder, almond flour, flaxseed, and protein powder.
Mix together until just combined.
Assembly
Prep a 5x9 loaf pan with non stick spray. Preheat oven to 325°.
Spread half of the batter into the bottom of the loaf pan. Dollop half of the cinnamon swirl mixture. Then add the rest of the batter, and dollop the rest of the cinnamon swirl slurry.
Using a bread knife, swirl in the cinnamon slurry by dragging knife in circular motions around the whole bread.
Bake for 50min at 325°
When bread is done, cool slightly before drizzling icing all over the top.
Serve warm and Enjoy!
