Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookie Bars

- ½ cup Butter softened
- 1½ cup Nut Butter I used almond butter
- 1 cup Granulated Truvia
- 1 cup Brown Truvia
- 3 Eggs
- 1 TBSP Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 4½ cups Oats gluten free if needed
- 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1½ cup Pecans crushed
In a large bowl, mix together butter, nut butter, truvias, eggs, and vanilla until well combined
Add in baking soda, oats, chocolate chips, and pecans and stir until evenly incorporated.
Spread mixture out into a sprayed and lined standard lipped cookie sheet.
Bake at 350℉ for 17-19min or until golden brown around the edges.
Let cool and cut into 40 (5x8) bars. Enjoy!
