- 2 TBSP Almond Flour
- 1 TBSP Ground Flaxseed
- 1 TBSP Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 TBSP Truvia or your sweetener of choice
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 TBSP Almond Butter
- 2-3 TBSP Almond Milk
- 2 TBSP Chocolate Chips
In microwave-safe mug, mix together almond flour, flaxseed, protein, sugar, and baking powder.
Then add almond butter and almond milk until you reach a cookie dough consistency
Stir in chocolate chips and microwave for 1:30 - 2:00 minutes
Let it cool but Enjoy warm!
