Chocolate Banana Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 3 bananas super ripe and mashed
  • 1 cup ground flaxseed
  • ½ cup Truvia or your sweetener of choice
  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In food processor add bananas, yogurt, vanilla, and cinnamon. Pulse until totally mashed and combined.
  • On top of wet mixture, add flaxseed, protein, sweetener, cocoa and baking powder.
  • Pulse until just combined.
  • Stir in chocolate chips
  • Pour batter into prepared muffin tin
  • Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes
