- 1 cup Peanut Butter Crunchy or Creamy
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ cup Cocoa Powder
- ½ cup Almond Flour
- ½ cup Ground Flaxseed
- ½ cup Brown Truvia
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- ½ cup Dark Chocolate Chips
In a medium bowl, mix together peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla extract
On top of that mixture, add cocoa powder, almond flour, flaxseed, brown sugar, salt, and baking powder
Stir in chocolate chips
Using a cookie scoop, scoop dough onto a lined and greased cookie sheet
Bake at 350℉ for 15-20min
Store in an airtight container for up to one week and Enjoy with friends!
