Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

- 2-3 Bananas riper the better
- 3 Eggs
- ¼ cup Granulated Truvia
- ¼ cup Butter softened
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Almond Flour
- 1 cup Ground Flaxseed
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350℉ and prepare a muffin tin with liners
In a large bowl, mash ripe bananas and add eggs, butter, truvia, and vanilla. Mix until well combined
On top of wet ingredients, mix in almond flour, flaxseed, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in chocolate chips and scoop batter into prepped muffin tin
Bake at 350℉ for 25-30min or until golden brown. Enjoy!
