Awesome Almond Blueberry Bread

- 4 Eggs
- ½ cup Butter softened (nearly melted)
- ½ cup Truvia or granulated sweetener of your choice
- 1 tsp Almond Extract
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ½ cup Fresh Blueberries dried blueberries are good too!
In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, butter, sugar, and almond extract
On top of that mixture, add almond flour, protein powder, baking powder and salt
Fold in blueberries
Pour batter into greased loaf pan
Bake at 350° for 40 minutes
