Donuts
- ½ cup Butter (softened)
- ½ cup Peeled & Diced Apple
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ cup Brown Truvia
- ½ cup Almond Flour
- ½ cup Ground Flaxseed
- ½ cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 TBSP Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- Dash of Clove
Icing
- ½ cup Powdered Truvia
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1-4 tsp Almond Milk
Mix together all donut ingredients until well combined
Scoop batter into greased donut pan
Bake at 350℉ for 15-18min
Meanwhile, mix together icing ingredients in ziploc bag. Add Almond milk one tsp at a time until desired consistency is reached.
When donuts are done baking, flip over donut pan and let cool for a few minutes
Cut the corner of your ziploc bag and drizzle icing over donuts and enjoy!
