Almond Flour Snickerdoodles

Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough

  • ¾ cup Butter softened
  • ½ cup Granulated Truvia or your granulated sweetener of choice
  • ½ cup Brown Truvia or your brown sweetener of choice
  • tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • ½ cup Ground Flaxseed
  • ½ cup Vanilla Protein Powder

Cinnamon Sugar Coating

  • ¼ cup Granulated Truvia or granulated sweetener of your choice
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉
  • In a small bowl, mix together Cinnamon Sugar Coating and set aside
  • In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugars, vanilla, and eggs.
  • On top of mixture, add baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, almond flour, flaxseed, and protein powder. Mix until combined
  • Scoop spoonfuls of batter onto prepared baking sheet
  • Wet the bottom of a glass and press into the cinnamon sugar mixture then press down each cookie slightly.
  • Bake cookies for 10min
