Cookie Dough
- ¾ cup Butter softened
- ½ cup Granulated Truvia or your granulated sweetener of choice
- ½ cup Brown Truvia or your brown sweetener of choice
- tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Eggs
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 cups Almond Flour
- ½ cup Ground Flaxseed
- ½ cup Vanilla Protein Powder
Cinnamon Sugar Coating
- ¼ cup Granulated Truvia or granulated sweetener of your choice
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350℉
In a small bowl, mix together Cinnamon Sugar Coating and set aside
In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugars, vanilla, and eggs.
On top of mixture, add baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, almond flour, flaxseed, and protein powder. Mix until combined
Scoop spoonfuls of batter onto prepared baking sheet
Wet the bottom of a glass and press into the cinnamon sugar mixture then press down each cookie slightly.
Bake cookies for 10min
