This classic bread made to be vegan for all my friends who have sensitive digestive systems.
Vegan Chocolate Banana Bread
A vegan twist on a sweet favorite
Ingredients
- 2 Bananas
- 1 TBSP Granulated Truvia or your granulated sweetener of choice
- ½ cup Almond Milk
- ½ cup Almond Butter smooth
- 1 cup Chocolate Protein Powder
- ½ cup Ground Flaxseed
- ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mash your bananas and mix with Truvia, Almond Milk, and Almond Butter.
- On top of wet mixture, add protein powder, ground flaxseed, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Mix until combined
- Pour the thick batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 350℉ for 50 minutes
- Let cool and Enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container on the counter for three days, in the fridge for one week, or freezer for three months.
