Protein Power Bites – All Flavors
The best way to grab some quick energy in a delicious way
Ingredients
Base
- 1 cup Nut Butter
- ¼ cup Honey maple syrup if vegan
- ¼ cup Flaxseed Meal
- ¼ cup Oats gluten free if preferred
Cinnamon Raisin
- ¼ cup Vanilla Protein Powder vegan protein if preferred
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- ¼ cup Raisins
Almond Joy
- ¼ cup Shredded Coconut
- ¼ cup Chocolate Protein Powder vegan protein if preferred
Peanut Butter Cup
- ¼ cup Chocolate Protein Powder vegan protein if preferred
- use peanut butter as nut butter of choice
Cranberry Orange
- ¼ cup Cranberries
- 1 tsp Orange Extract
- ¼ cup Vanilla Protein Powder vegan protein if preferred
Blueberry Muffin
- ¼ cup dried blueberries
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ¼ cup Vanilla Protein Powder vegan protein if preferred
Instructions
- Toss all base ingredients into a medium sized bowl and mix with a spoon.
- Choose flavor add ins. Combine.
- Mixture will become very dense and will take some muscle to thoroughly combine. Use your hand to finish mixing if needed.
- Mix until the dough is the consistency of Play-Doh.
- Scoop tablespoons of mixture out at a time and roll into a ball.
- Store protein bites in airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
These are such a great snack for the whole family – we even use them as a dessert alternative! These can also be dipped in white chocolate if you want to dress them up a bit for gatherings. Store in airtight container in fridge for up to 14 days or in the freezer for up to six months.
Kid-Friendly Pancakes
Only Three Ingredients come together to create these delicious pancakes!
Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1 Egg
- 2 TBSP Protein Powder your favorite flavor
Instructions
- Begin warming a skillet to medium heat
- In small bowl, mash the banana
- Add in egg and protein powder – Mix to combine
- Pour batter into skillet to form small pancakes
- Cook first side for 4-5 min or until "flippable"
- Flip pancakes and cook another 4-5 min
- Serve warm or save for an on-the-go snack later!

My kids love these just plain or with a little nut butter – Momma likes these pancakes just plain on the car ride to school drop off!
Easy Pumpkin Spice Donuts
A little Pumpkin, A little Spice, and Everything Nice in these Donuts!
Ingredients
- ½ cup Greek Yogurt
- ½ cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Egg
- ⅓ cup Truvia your sweetener of choice
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ¼ cup Flaxseed Meal
- ¼ cup Almond Flour
- ¼ cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 dash Ground Clove
- 1 pinch Salt
Icing (optional)
- 1 cup Powdered Truvia or powdered sweetener of choice
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Almond Milk more as needed to reach desired consistency
Instructions
Donut
- In one bowl, mix together greek yogurt, pumpkin puree, egg, sweetener of choice and vanilla
- In another bowl, mix together flaxseed, almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and salt
- Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir until combined
- Pour batter into a donut pan (Makes six donuts)
- Bake in a 350* oven for 15-17min
Icing (Optional)
- While donuts are baking, mix together powdered sweetener of choice with vanilla extract
- Add almond milk one tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency
- Once donuts are done and have been cooled for 10 minutes, frost them and enjoy!
