Peanut Butter Oat Bars
No Gluten, No Dairy, No Bake!
Ingredients
Bars
- 2 cups Peanut Butter
- ¾ cup Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 6 cups Oats
Icing
- 1 cup Powdered Truvia
- ¼ cup Peanut Butter
- 1-4 TBSP Almond Milk as needed for consistency
Instructions
- Melt together peanut butter, honey, and vanilla on the stove top or in the microwave until smooth and well combined
- Pour mixture over oats in large bowl and mix together until well coated.
- Press oat mixture into a lined and prepped 9×13 pan
- In a medium bowl, mix together all icing ingredients until smooth and spread over the top of pressed bars.
- Keep bars in fridge or freezer until 30 minutes before ready to serve.
