Peanut Butter Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 18 FiberOne Brownies
  • ½ cup Butter melted

Ice Cream

  • 2 16oz Cool Whip tubs
  • 2 cup Peanut Butter creamy or crunchy

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, crush up the brownies and mix with melted butter to form a crumble
  • Press crumble into the bottom of a greased 9×13 pan to form crust
  • In the same large bowl, mix together the cool whip and peanut butter until well combined
  • Spread cream mixture evenly over the top of the brownie crust
  • Chill in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before enjoying.
  • Can be chilled overnight but be sure to pull it out 30min before serving so it has time to thaw before cutting into the cake.
