A quick and easy, show stopper of a dessert!
Peanut Butter Ice Cream Cake
Simple yet so satisfying
Ingredients
Crust
- 18 FiberOne Brownies
- ½ cup Butter melted
Ice Cream
- 2 16oz Cool Whip tubs
- 2 cup Peanut Butter creamy or crunchy
Instructions
- In a large bowl, crush up the brownies and mix with melted butter to form a crumble
- Press crumble into the bottom of a greased 9×13 pan to form crust
- In the same large bowl, mix together the cool whip and peanut butter until well combined
- Spread cream mixture evenly over the top of the brownie crust
- Chill in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before enjoying.
- Can be chilled overnight but be sure to pull it out 30min before serving so it has time to thaw before cutting into the cake.
