Ingredients
  

Crust

  • cup Almond Flour
  • ½ cup Ground Flaxseed
  • ¼ cup Butter melted
  • 2 TBSP Granulated Truvia

Filling

  • ¼ cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 TBSP Lemon Zest
  • 1 cup Granulated Truvia
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ cup Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • Powdered Truvia to sprinkle on top

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, mix together all crust ingredients and press into a lined and prepped 9×9 pan.
  • Bake crust at 350℉ for 20min.
  • Using the same bowl, mix together all filling ingredients until well combined.
  • Pour filling over cooked crust.
  • Bake bars for an additional 25min.
  • Let bars cool before topping with powdered Truvia.
  • Store bars in fridge until ready to serve. Enjoy!
