Quick Lunches: Almond Flour Crackers

Gluten Free Almond Flour Crackers, seasoned just right and made at home. This recipe is so simple to follow and you can add whatever seasonings you are feeling that day. My whole family (even extended family) love these crackers. They travel so well and we take them jeeping, camping, hiking, etc. They are such a great vessel for any kind of dip!

When it comes to lunch, quick and easy is the way to go. I’ve got two toddlers running around and if they pass by the table and sorta grab a cracker with some hummus or cheese, I call that a win. They just need to be fed, right? Well, yes – but I like to know that what they are putting in their bellies is wholesome and filled with the good energy they need to continue growing and developing. These crackers were a great way for me to make toddler friendly crackers right at home.

I quickly found just how much of an adult favorite these Gluten Free Almond Flour Crackers became too. My husband takes them into his backcountry hunts as well and as I stated, they are the perfect vessel for any kind of dip. Pretty soon, the Gluten Free Almond Flour Crackers were being requested as a hunting camp favorite. Our friends and family all started loving them too. I now double or even triple the recipe depending on how long he will be gone.

There is nothing quite like a fresh batch of crackers in your pantry to snack on or to pull out and enjoy for lunch. I like to pair these crackers with some hummus, meat, cheese, and jams. Give it a try and let me know what you think!
