Christmas Cutout Cookies
Christmas cookies that aren't too sweet but are filled with holiday spirit!
Ingredients
- ½ cup Butter softened
- ¾ cup Granulated Truvia
- 1 Egg
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tsp Almond Extract
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- 4 cups Almond Flour
- ½ cup Sprinkles optional
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine butter, sugar, egg, vanilla and almond extract until well combined.
- Add in baking powder, salt, and almond flour (one cup at a time) and mix until dough forms.
- Add in sprinkles if desired.
- On a piece of parchment paper, roll out dough to ⅛in think. Using cookie cutters, cut into shapes and place on greased cookie sheet.
- Roll scraps together and roll out dough again to continue cutting out shapes
- Bake cookies at 350℉ for 10-12min or until edges are golden brown.
