Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookie Bars
A most delicious treat made to serve a crowd
Ingredients
- ½ cup Butter softened
- 1½ cup Nut Butter I used almond butter
- 1 cup Granulated Truvia
- 1 cup Brown Truvia
- 3 Eggs
- 1 TBSP Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 4½ cups Oats gluten free if needed
- 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1½ cup Pecans crushed
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together butter, nut butter, truvias, eggs, and vanilla until well combined
- Add in baking soda, oats, chocolate chips, and pecans and stir until evenly incorporated.
- Spread mixture out into a sprayed and lined standard lipped cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350℉ for 17-19min or until golden brown around the edges.
- Let cool and cut into 40 (5×8) bars. Enjoy!
