Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookie Bars

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Butter softened
  • cup Nut Butter I used almond butter
  • 1 cup Granulated Truvia
  • 1 cup Brown Truvia
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 TBSP Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • cups Oats gluten free if needed
  • 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • cup Pecans crushed

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix together butter, nut butter, truvias, eggs, and vanilla until well combined
  • Add in baking soda, oats, chocolate chips, and pecans and stir until evenly incorporated.
  • Spread mixture out into a sprayed and lined standard lipped cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 350℉ for 17-19min or until golden brown around the edges.
  • Let cool and cut into 40 (5×8) bars. Enjoy!
