Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
Delicious, gluten free, classic muffins
Ingredients
- 2-3 Bananas riper the better
- 3 Eggs
- ¼ cup Granulated Truvia
- ¼ cup Butter softened
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Almond Flour
- 1 cup Ground Flaxseed
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and prepare a muffin tin with liners
- In a large bowl, mash ripe bananas and add eggs, butter, truvia, and vanilla. Mix until well combined
- On top of wet ingredients, mix in almond flour, flaxseed, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in chocolate chips and scoop batter into prepped muffin tin
- Bake at 350℉ for 25-30min or until golden brown. Enjoy!
