Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 Bananas riper the better
  • 3 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Granulated Truvia
  • ¼ cup Butter softened
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1 cup Ground Flaxseed
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉ and prepare a muffin tin with liners
  • In a large bowl, mash ripe bananas and add eggs, butter, truvia, and vanilla. Mix until well combined
  • On top of wet ingredients, mix in almond flour, flaxseed, baking powder, and salt.
  • Stir in chocolate chips and scoop batter into prepped muffin tin
  • Bake at 350℉ for 25-30min or until golden brown. Enjoy!
