Chocolate Banana Muffins- A muffin series wouldn’t be complete without making a chocolate muffin of some kind, right? I don’t know about your family but mine will try anything chocolate. And most of the time it is a success and we will keep it around as a go to snack for the kiddos.
These chocolate banana muffins are no exception. They are such a great option for breakfast on the go before daycare or school. They make for great road trip snacks and after school snacks.
The season of life we are in right now, we are go go go in the mornings to get the kids to daycare and go go go in the evenings to get home and make dinner (I am sure this only gets easier as the kids grow up, haha). But our time in the car is a lot easier if I have snacks on hand. And I feel much better handing them a healthy snack that fuels their body rather than an empty calorie snack.
These Chocolate Banana Muffins are such a happy balance of sweet, tart, healthy, and treat. I encourage you to give them a try and let me know what you think in the comments!
