Apple Cinnamon Donuts

It is that time of year where warm apple cinnamon aromas fill my kitchen! These donuts are just what my family needs on a weekend morning in the Fall. You’ve got to give it a try!

Ingredients
  

Donuts

  • ½ cup Butter (softened)
  • ½ cup Peeled & Diced Apple
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cup Brown Truvia
  • ½ cup Almond Flour
  • ½ cup Ground Flaxseed
  • ½ cup Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 TBSP Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • Dash of Clove

Icing

  • ½ cup Powdered Truvia
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1-4 tsp Almond Milk

Instructions
 

  • Mix together all donut ingredients until well combined
  • Scoop batter into greased donut pan
  • Bake at 350℉ for 15-18min
  • Meanwhile, mix together icing ingredients in ziploc bag. Add Almond milk one tsp at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  • When donuts are done baking, flip over donut pan and let cool for a few minutes
  • Cut the corner of your ziploc bag and drizzle icing over donuts and enjoy!
