No Bake Peanut Butter Muffins – I had to create a no bake muffin option because summertime is coming up fast and it’s time to start thinking outside the oven. This time, it’s chocolate peanut butter muffins which I would argue is the best combination in the dessert world.
I took a different route with these muffins. They are no-bake muffins. Just in time for summertime, these muffins are the perfect bite after a summertime meal. They are so simple to throw together and then all you have to do is let them freeze.
I thought these muffins were timely as we are just getting into nicer, warmer weather. BBQ season is upon us and these muffins make a perfect addition to any backyard BBQ. All I use to put these no bake peanut butter muffins together is some chocolate graham crackers, butter, cool whip, and peanut butter.
No Bake Muffin Variations
There are plenty of variations that can be made with this recipe. The basic recipe I have below is Chocolate crust with peanut butter filling. Peanut Butter can be replaced with any nut butter especially if you have allergies. The graham crackers I used for the crust can also be changed out for any flavor cookies, graham crackers, or dry cereal.
So let’s get creative and think outside of the chocolate-peanut butter combo. What if we did plain graham cracker crust with strawberry jam instead of peanut butter? Or we could do your favorite cereal with vanilla almond butter.
Let me know what flavor combinations you try!
