Cinnamon Cream Cheese Banana Bread
A beautiful swirl of flavor in a classic loaf
Ingredients
Bread Batter
- 2-3 Bananas
- 3 Eggs
- ¼ cup Brown Truvia
- ¼ cup Butter softened
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 cups Almond Flour
- 1 cup Ground Flaxseed
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
Filling
- 1 cup Vanilla Protein
- 2 Eggs
- 1½ tsp Cinnamon
- ½ cup Cream Cheese
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mash together bananas, eggs, butter, truvia, butter, and vanilla until well combined
- Add in flour, flaxseed, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix together all filling ingredients until smooth.
- Prep a 9×5 loaf pan with parchment paper and nonstick spray. Pour half of the batter in the bottom of the pan. Then pour half of the filling on top of the batter. Pour the rest of the batter and the rest of the filling into the loaf pan.
- Bake at 350℉ for 50-55min.
- Let cool slightly, slice, and enjoy!
