The best summertime dessert for home or for gatherings!
Blackberry “Nice” Cream Cake
A little summertime sweet treat!
Ingredients
- 9 FiberOne Brownies
- ¼ cup Butter melted
- 2 16oz containers Cool Whip
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- ½ cup Blackberries fresh or frozen
Instructions
- Crumble brownies into a bowl with melted butter and mix until it is like a formable dough.
- Press crumble into the bottom of a lined and greased 9x9pan. Set aside
- In the same bowl, mix together cool whip, vanilla, and blackberries until well combined.
- Evenly spread cool whip mixture overtop the brownie crust and frees for at least 4 hours.
- Pull cake out of freezer 30 minutes prior to enjoying!
