Peanut Butter Oat Bars

Ingredients
  

Bars

  • 2 cups Peanut Butter
  • ¾ cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 6 cups Oats

Icing

  • 1 cup Powdered Truvia
  • ¼ cup Peanut Butter
  • 1-4 TBSP Almond Milk as needed for consistency

Instructions
 

  • Melt together peanut butter, honey, and vanilla on the stove top or in the microwave until smooth and well combined
  • Pour mixture over oats in large bowl and mix together until well coated.
  • Press oat mixture into a lined and prepped 9×13 pan
  • In a medium bowl, mix together all icing ingredients until smooth and spread over the top of pressed bars.
  • Keep bars in fridge or freezer until 30 minutes before ready to serve.
  • Enjoy!
