The Fudgiest Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 cup Beet Puree stick with me, I swear it's delicious! Check notes for alternatives
- 2 Eggs
- ¼ cup Butter softened
- 1½ cup Granulated Truvia
- ½ cup Cocoa Powder
- ½ cup Ground Flaxseed
- ½ cup Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together beet puree, eggs, butter, and truvia until well incorporated.
- On top of that, add in cocoa, protein, flaxseed, almond flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until combined.
- Pour batter into a greased 9x9pan
- Bake at 350℉ for 25min or until brownies don't jiggle when you shake pan.
- Cut into 3 rows and 3 columns. Enjoy!

I love finding way to incorporate hidden veggies wherever I can when I bake because I have kiddos who won’t even look at a vegetable unless it’s drowning in Ranch dressing. And while I love me some ranch dressing, we can’t live off of carrots and cucumbers forever. So I’ve got to get creative!
These classic brownies are so fudgy and delicious they are so worth a try! Bake these up for the holidays and add some fun sprinkles or colorful M&Ms for extra holiday spirit.
