My name is Lyndsay Jammaron and I want to share my passion for wholesome recipes while teaching you how to have more freedom in your own kitchen. So that you may alter recipes to better fit your family’s needs.

My Passion

For me, it started with a coffee cake recipe that sparked my love for being in the kitchen.  It only grew from there, I found my calling (and sweet tooth) in the kitchen.  I volunteered to bake all sorts of birthday cakes, cupcakes, breads, and desserts for all family holidays, BBQs, etc.  Desserts were my favorite – everyone loves desserts, right? I found so much joy in following a recipe from our hometown cookbooks.

After marrying an avid hunter, starting our family, and growing into a healthier lifestyle, I opted to alter my love for baking to better serve my family and our way of life.  We have two kiddos and we want to fill their tummies with yummy, wholesome foods. So, I have modified our recipes to be gluten free, sugar free, high in protein, and high in fiber whenever possible.  I want to indulge in those after meal treats we grew up on but still be mindful of our family’s needs.  This is where I want to show you how easy it is to incorporate healthier alternatives in the kitchen. So your family can still indulge in your favorite treats while nourishing your body more intentionally.
