Ingredients
  

Batter

  • 2-3 Bananas over ripe
  • 3 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Brown Truvia
  • ¼ cup Butter softened
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1 cup Ground Flaxseed
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt

Filling

  • 1 cup Powdered Truvia
  • ¼ cup Cream Cheese
  • ¼ cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Egg

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mash bananas and mix in eggs, truvia, butter, and vanilla until well combined
  • Add in almond flour, ground flaxseed, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together all filling ingredients until smooth
  • Pour half of the batter into a prepped 9x9in pan
  • Pour in all of the filling evenly across the pan
  • Top with the rest of the batter and use a butter knife to mix the layers together slightly.
  • Bake cake at 350℉ for 50-55min or until golden brown
  • Let cool slightly before enjoying.
