Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Banana Cake
Alot of flavor packed into one cake
Ingredients
Batter
- 2-3 Bananas over ripe
- 3 Eggs
- ¼ cup Brown Truvia
- ¼ cup Butter softened
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Almond Flour
- 1 cup Ground Flaxseed
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
Filling
- 1 cup Powdered Truvia
- ¼ cup Cream Cheese
- ¼ cup Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Egg
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mash bananas and mix in eggs, truvia, butter, and vanilla until well combined
- Add in almond flour, ground flaxseed, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix together all filling ingredients until smooth
- Pour half of the batter into a prepped 9x9in pan
- Pour in all of the filling evenly across the pan
- Top with the rest of the batter and use a butter knife to mix the layers together slightly.
- Bake cake at 350℉ for 50-55min or until golden brown
- Let cool slightly before enjoying.
