Let’s start making something homemade, Momma! This year I want to provide monthly themes for the recipes. That way, you know what to expect throughout the year. This is my schedule of monthly themes:
Monthly Themes:
January
Since the month of January has already passed, I’m going to just say that it was a miscellaneous month. Delicious recipes but no rhyme or reason to them.
February
QUICK LUNCH IDEAS! This month you can expect an array of lunch ideas for both momma and kiddo because there are only so many times I can make PB&J sandwich or serve cheese and crackers before I get bored.
March
MUG CAKES! This is my birthday month so I have to stick with my favorite recipe to play with and that is mug cakes. They make the perfect after dinner snack that you never have to share.
April
MUFFINS! This month I want to focus on muffin recipes that please both momma and toddler. Use for breakfast, snacktime, anytime and be sure that you are feeding that picky little eater something nutritious and delicious.
May
BREADS! Delicious breads help to wow any mother-in-law, are such a crowd pleaser, and are the perfect addition to any summer BBQ and get-together!
June
FAVORITES! This month I will share my favorite recipes from the first half of the year so you have them all handy in one post.
July
BRUNCH CAKES! Something about summertime just screams brunch to me and this is the perfect time to gather brunch cakes recipes that will for sure wow your next crowd.
August
COOKIES! This month you can expect a different cookie recipe each week – just be sure to try them all so you know what recipe to keep with you when that school bake sale or last minute get together pops up!
September
HUNTING FAVORITES! September is hunting season in my household and so it is so important for me to have meals to try when he comes back with fresh deer or elk meat.
October
HARVEST RECIPES! Looking for ideas for what to do with all those leftover garden veggies? Well this month I’ll share ways to use and store all those delicious veggies you spent all summer growing and harvesting.
November
HOLIDAY PREP! Never too early to start thinking about the recipes you want to make with your family during the holidays!
December
FAVORITES! This month I will be sharing my favorite recipes from the second half of the year so you have them all in one place.
I can’t wait to spend this year with you and see all the shenanigans we get into in the kitchen. Let’s spend this year making something homemade, momma!
