Let me reintroduce you to brownies! Gluten Free but you’d never know the difference!
Fudge Brownies
can you even tell it's gluten free?
Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- ½ cup Peanut Butter or any nut butter
- ½ cup Butter softened
- 1 cup Granulated Truvia
- ½ cup Cocoa Powder
- ½ cup Ground Flaxseed
- ½ cup Protein Powder any flavor that pairs with chocolate 🙂
- cup Almond Flour
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- ½ cup Dark Chocolate Chunks
Instructions
- Ina medium bowl, mix together all ingredients except for the dark chocolate chunks until well combined
- Stir in dark chocolate chunks.
- Pour batter into a lined and greased 9×9 pan
- Bake at 350℉ for 40-45min or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
- Let cool slightly before serving and enjoying!
