Double Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookies
No eggs, No gluten, No dairy, but all the flavor
Ingredients
- 1½ cup Peanut Butter or nut butter of choice
- 1 cup Truvia
- 1 cup Chocolate Protein Powder
- ¼ cup Ground Flaxseed
- ½ cup Almond Milk
- ½ cup Dark Chocolate chunks
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients in medium bowl until well combined.
- Scoop dough onto lined and prepped cookie sheet and press down slightly since they will not spread like other recipes
- Bake at 350℉ for 12min
