Two words: GAME. CHANGER. This is exactly what I Two words: GAME. CHANGER. This is exactly what I plan to do with my leftover banana bread from now until forever! Banana Bread French Toast Casserole You'll need: 1/2 or 1 whole loaf of banana bread 6 eggs 1/2c milk 1TBSP Vanilla 2tsp Cinnamon Cut up your leftover banana bread into roughly 1in squares and sprinkle into a pan. In a separate bowl, whil together eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour over top of the bread and let soak for 20-30min. Bake at 350* for 20-30min or until tops are golden brown. For the icing: 1c Powdered Truvia 1tsp Cinnamon 1-3TBSP Almond milk While casserole is baking, mix up all ingredients in a bowl and drizzle on top while still warm. Let casserole cool slightly but be sure to serve warm! Pumpkin Ice Cream Cheese Cake 🤯🎃🍦 Crust Pumpkin Ice Cream Cheese Cake 🤯🎃🍦 Crust: One package of Graham Crackers, crushed 1/2c(one stick) Butter, melted Ice Cream: One container Cool Whip 1c Canned Pumpkin 1/2c Whipped Cream Cheese 1TBSP Cinnamon 1tsp Nutmeg 1/4tsp Ground Clove First, mix together both crust ingredients into a crumble and press into the bottom of a lined and sprayed 9x9 pan Then, in the same bowl, mix together all Ice Cream ingredients until well combined and pour over top of pressed crust Freeze for at least 2hours before serving and if freezing for longer, make sure to pull it out 30min before serving so it can melt a little before cutting into it. Each layer crafted beautifully to come together and create the ultimate Fall Favorite 🍂 🍁 🎃 For the cake you'll need: 1c Pumpkin Purée 4eggs 1/4c butter 1/4c Greek yogurt 1/2c Brown Truvia 1tsp Vanilla 2T Pumpkin Spice 2c Almond Flour 1/2c Ground Flaxseed 1tsp Salt 1tsp Baking Powder For the filling/topping you'll need: 1/2c Almond Flour 1/4c Brown Truvia 1tsp Cinnamon 1/2c Cream Cheese Mix together all cake ingredients until just combined and pour half of the batter in a prepped Bundt pan. Mix together all filling ingredients (except cream cheese) and melt cream cheese. Pour all of cream cheese around the batter then sprinkle half of the filling on top of the cream cheese. Scoop the rest of the cake batter evenly over top of the filling and top with the rest of the topping mixture. 🎃Pumpkin Blondies 🤍 1 can Chickpeas 1/2c Ca 🎃Pumpkin Blondies 🤍 1 can Chickpeas 1/2c Cashew Butter 1/2c Pumpkin Purée 1/2c Brown Truvia 1/2T Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1/4c Almond Flour 1/4c Ground Flaxseed 2T Pumpkin Spice (or 1T Cinnamon + 1tsp Nutmeg + 1/4tsp Clove) Mix all ingredients together in a food processor until smooth and spread into a lined and greased 9x9 pan. 1c Cream Cheese 1/4c Powdered Truvia Mix ingredients together and swirl into pumpkin blondies batter Bake at 350* for 28-30min or until toothpick inserted comes out clean Enjoy!!
