Pumpkin Blondies
A fall dessert that all pumpkin lovers must try!
Ingredients
Blondie Batter
- 1-16oz can Chickpeas
- ½ cup Cashew Butter
- ½ cup Pumpkin Puree
- ½ cup Brown Truvia
- ½ TBSP Vanilla Extract
- ¼ cup Almond Flour
- ¼ cup Ground Flaxseed
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- 1 TBSP Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- ¼ tsp Ground Clove
Filling
- 1 cup Cream Cheese
- ¼ cup Powdered Truvia
Instructions
Blondie Batter
- Mix together all ingredients in food processor until smooth
- Pour into prepped and lined 9×9 baking dish
Filling
- Mix together ingredients into a small bowl
- Pour filling on top of blondie batter and insert knife to swirl filling into the top of the blondies.
- Bake at 350℉ for 25-30min
