Pumpkin Blondies

A fall dessert that all pumpkin lovers must try!

Ingredients
  

Blondie Batter

  • 1-16oz can Chickpeas
  • ½ cup Cashew Butter
  • ½ cup Pumpkin Puree
  • ½ cup Brown Truvia
  • ½ TBSP Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ cup Almond Flour
  • ¼ cup Ground Flaxseed
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 TBSP Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp Ground Clove

Filling

  • 1 cup Cream Cheese
  • ¼ cup Powdered Truvia

Instructions
 

Blondie Batter

  • Mix together all ingredients in food processor until smooth
  • Pour into prepped and lined 9×9 baking dish

Filling

  • Mix together ingredients into a small bowl
  • Pour filling on top of blondie batter and insert knife to swirl filling into the top of the blondies.
  • Bake at 350℉ for 25-30min
