Ingredients
  

Bread

  • 2-3 Bananas over ripe
  • 3 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Brown Truvia
  • ¼ cup Butter softened
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1 cup Ground Flaxseed
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt

Filling

  • 1 cup Powdered Truvia
  • ½ cup Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mash bananas and mix together with eggs, truvia, butter and vanilla until well combined
  • On top of wet mixture, add almond flour, flaxseed, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Mix well
  • In a separate bowl, mix together all filling ingredients until smooth
  • Pour half of the bread batter into lined and prepped loaf pan
  • Then pour all of the filling evenly on top of bread batter
  • Pour the rest of the bread batter on top of filling. Stick a clean knife into batter and filling to slightly mix the two together.
  • Bake at 350℉ for 50-60min
  • Let cool for 10min before enjoying
