Almond Flour Peanut Butter Cookies
A classic simply turned gluten free
Ingredients
- 1½ cup Almond Flour
- ½ cup Peanut Butter
- ¼ cup Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients
- Roll dough into balls and place evenly spaced on prepped cookie sheet. Using a fork, press cookies down to form a cross on top of cookie.
- Bake at 350℉ for 10-12min until golden brown.
- Remove cookies from oven and let sit on cookie sheet for 10min to cool before enjoying.
